In Mikky's words - 1. Submissions will be made using the latest version only. IF the demo and registered versions are different, then the registered version must be used. This prevents any old bugs being used to the advantage of a player. 2. Levels must be unaltered when playing on them. No use of any bundled editor. Other than that, the rules are to be defined by those playing it. I assume a game like ELMA is pretty difficult to cheat on anyway.
